Inputprompt control: SIP keyboard show up on top left corner when phone in landscape orientation

Jul 21, 2011 at 2:40 AM
I am working on an app that use the input prompt control. The control works perfectly in protait orientation but in landscape mode; half of the sip keyboard show up at the top left corner. Have anyone see something like that before? Thanks

The testing app renders this fine and I designed it so it could work in landscape on top of portrait.  Can you log a bug with a repo?  Screen shot?

Created a bug with  the repo project and the screenshot.

This is very strange... I tried without the pivot with the inputPrompt control and I got similar result.

Then I tried  a simple popup with a textbox from this post for a work around

I got the same result where the keyboard appears on the top left not bottom..

I am using Windows Phone SDK 7 (not the 7.1 beta 2), would that be the problem?
