ColorPicker Issue

Aug 7, 2011 at 10:28 PM

I am using version 1.4.5 of the toolkit with the Beta 2 Refresh.

The issue that I am seeing is that the ColorPicker does not fully honor the the initial color that I set it to.

The hue bar seems to be correct, but the sample color and the gradient are displaying the default green.

My ColorPicker is defined as

<Coding4Fun_Phone_Controls:ColorPicker x:Name="colorPicker" Margin="44,47,42,195"  ManipulationCompleted="onManipCompleted" />

In my onPageLoaded I can call

colorPicker.Color = Colors.Orange;

and the sample color and gradient are green while the hue bar thumb (the square) is correctly down in the orange range and the gradient thumb (the circle) is correctly placed as well.

The ColorPicker works as expected when one interacts with the control. It is only the initial setting of the color on load that I'm seeing strange results.

Thank you,

Hmm, this is something I thought I had fixed but you just outlined a different issue.  Creating a bug for it.

I hate bugs in my toolkit :-)  Thanks for reporting the issue!
