Hello,
i'm create a ProgressOverlay
 <c4f:ProgressOverlay Name="progressOverlay" Visibility="{Binding OverlayVis, Converter={StaticResource BooleanToVisibilityConverter}}" Grid.RowSpan="2">
            <c4f:ProgressOverlay.Content>
                <StackPanel VerticalAlignment="Center">
                    <TextBlock HorizontalAlignment="Center">Loading</TextBlock>
                    <ProgressBar IsIndeterminate="true" Margin="0,10" x:Name="customIndeterminateProgressBar" />
                </StackPanel>
            </c4f:ProgressOverlay.Content>
        </c4f:ProgressOverlay>
it is possible disable the entire view when ProgressOverlay is show?

what do you mean, the overlay should cover everything you want it to. When shown, you shouldn't be able to click anything it covers in the XAML.

Check out out the samples in the source code

One thing to note is your progressbar will continue to eat up resources how it is implemented even if the progressoverlay is hidden.
