Image Tile - Large tiles load like current people tile

If you look at the native control, it large tiles load different. Right now it does a full overlay while the native does a "tile" approach. a large tile is loaded in as a native control and it is a 2x2, it is actually broken into 4 tiles and each gets flipped on.
 
I believe this should be a configurable option

current loading is based on items passed to it and thats how we do unloading.. before my first commit, i did play around with splitting the image into multiple parts.

personally dont think its worth the extra hassle as it will require restructing the code.

this would be a vNext item, i just wanted to add it in for tracking reasons. I know stuff would have to be adjusted.
